Here is my second Elements character, Oxygen.
I tried to make her design light and airy since oxygen is most commonly found as a gas. I also added some transparent parts to her outfit, such as the bow in her hair. I used blue since oxygen is a pale blue in its liquid form, which it reaches at -183°C, or -297.4°F.
