Personality: Peppy, scatter-brained, energetic and optimistic

Profession: Weather reporter

Bio: She has no front legs, which makes it hard for her to walk or even rest on land, so she doesn't land often. She doesn't care though, her huge wings and cold resistance make her well suited to long periods of flight.

Powers: She has frost breath and Water enchanted her a necklace that allows to control the weather, which she mostly keeps sunny and clear.
