Personality:

Ator being rather reserve wyvern stays in the palace most days. Being the jailer and executioner of the city he often gives off a intimidating vibe to him. But he is respectful to others and is a bit eccentric. He has a very odd fascination with death and ways to kill people, hence why he became executioner. It's a bit of necromania but without the sexual part to it. Despite this he will never harm an innocent dragon; he has firm beliefs in justice and doesn’t stand lawbreakers.

History:

Growing up he was fairly normal child, born and raise Mylne. Even as a child he had a fascination with death he would often mess around with dead animals corpses, playing with them like a doll and poking around their insides. His parents saw this and grew kind of concern with this often taking him to a local doctor but as long as he was manage he was fine. Once as adult he decided to join the law and was hired on as jailer and executioner. He is fairly happy with his job at the palace. But he does occasionally get in trouble for being too cruel towards prisoner and taking too much joy in his executions.
