Man - I've been a fan of your work for ages (we used to talk about FBB mods for Oblivion) but it's gotten even better. This looks almost like a Gym Heat shoot for real.

Now when I'm checking this out for the second time, I have to say that is some damn fine detail you applied on her body. I wish there was stuff like this on the market to purchase, sadly there isn't.
Most vendors have been doing the same thing for ages, and I keep my eye out for anything that looks rare or even remotely new. Like some products I came across a long time ago where you could give Victor 4 some baby gear, you know ageplay stuff. Then they removed it off the market because they thought it was inappropriate. I was so pissed I didn't get to purchase that stuff when they were selling it though. I dont think anybody owns any of it. But I spoke to the original creator, so I'm working somethin out with her to get those products. lol she might charge a hefty fee since that shit is rare now. Who knows.

Damn, what rendering engine are you running on this? Well she looks a little plastic like, still the quality on the render itself is really good none the less.

Firefly basic renderer in poser 2012 Pro. I see people say that, but i dont agree with it. If you take someone and oil them up they will look like plastic too.

This one gets a lot of favorites. Possibly the second best piece I have though because I was taking so long on the lighting. Either way, if I used SSS in this it would have looked ten times better. Because those textures sure as hell come with them. It's just that P7 can't make use of em. Some of your work looks custom though, like squish effects you had in one of your scenes that was applied to the sofa, etc. Not sure if the sofa came with such morphs but it looked great. I tried my luck with using Morphs to correct geometry errors...God knows I hate the default body morphs, like the terrible bends, etc. All of that stuff is way too noticeable.Β

Most of my work is custom, all the textures, skin color maps, specular maps, vein maps, muscle displacements, and muscle morphs, including joint controlled morphs.
I made those, only things I use because I'm just too lazy to make them myself are props, environments, outfits, and hair. Alshough i made some of the environments
myself as well.

Damn, do you sell any of these things? Cause I'd like to buy some off you if you do. Especially the Veins, and perhaps a few other things you have.Β
I've never realized until now that it's possible most people that use Poser are still creating their own thing. Me personally I don't create anything entirely from scratch
other than the written material. I'm a story teller at heart, and I would never be interested in Poser just for the sake of posing models and rendering only.Β
I use it because I needed a way to have visual content for my story work, I wanted characters that people could see physically. That is why I invest so much
time and effort giving them personalities, biographies, etc. I'm no average 3D artist, let me tell you. But if I could do things entirely from scratch like you do, I would give it a shot.
I just don't have the time or drive to get into it. I'd get bored of designing meshes for each and every character. My stories have a large cast of them, so imagine doing all of that
for a cast of 30 or so characters per story/project. That is why I rely on programs like Poser to make it all easy for me to do. I can buy someone's character morph and turn that character morph into a real actual character.Β
When people see this kind of stuff ,they just assume we're not really true artist. But people should realize that art is more than just creating stuff from scratch. Just because a person can create from scratch doesn't mean their doing much unless that art becomes something beyond what they've created. I mean seriously, how many people cosplay as Spongebob Square Pants? And he's a very popular and originally designed character. Yet he's also goofy as hell. You'd have a better chance of spotting a cosplayer dressed up as Micky Mouse or Donald Duck. Because unlike Spongebob, those Disney characters have very strong and deep personalities. Their not just "silly" characters.
I do however, create a few things using dial channels pretty much. But that's about it. I'm not ashamed to admit that I do take the short cuts. When you work alone and do so much by yourself, you have no choice. But I have to say your morphs are insane and I had a feeling you were doing them yourself because nothing on the digital market looks like that. Even She Freak can't achieve those type of results and usually that's what people use that morph for. To get those crazy insane muscles that the original muscle morphs can't do.

Yep I can create meshes in maya from 0. But I choose to base my characters on Victoria 4 or Stephanie 1 "the mystery model" because its easier and less time taking for meΒ
to just use ZBrush to morph them to what I like them to look. And to answer your question... I don't sell any of my stuff, I'm sorry. I got a membership website, and I wantΒ
to keep my stuff original.

Well you could still keep it original...It pains me to be rejected. But alright. I understand.Β

lol well that's kind of hard to compare to real life. I've seen women covered in oil before, and they don't look plastic to me. In some of my renders I do have a plastic effect, not what I was aiming for but still. Poser Pro 2012 has SSS and if you can use those, well your work will look far from plastic. I do have some work I did, with P7 that doesn't look too bad. Like my recent piece that has been getting a lot of favorites from people. It's possibly one of the fastest art pieces I have that gets favorited constantly.Β

Just viewed Switch in the Sun on the fempower site....very nice.....so----WHY WHY WHY do you put your renderings at an ANGLE? This is Very Irritating because I have to turn my head sideways to look at her!!! The Video of her is upright [thankfully] and SPECTACULAR...please put your girls upright.....thank you

Not all of them are angled. And remember I'm a photographer, so i like to put some artsy
note into my work from time to time, not just pure fapality... LOL
