Description
The original sketch was not done by me, but it needed to be vectored. I honestly was rather impressed with the sketch and stuck to it in every detail while making the vector, not including some the of varying line thickness and the goatee. The original sketch of the goatee was a bit difficult to imitate so I just went with full on black. I had another difficulty figureing how to replicate the cigar in the sketch. I didnt want to change it because it is a part of the art style. Doing it with a mouse would clearly have taken a long time. I came up with the idea to use my wacom tablet to scribble the lines in, then add a variable with and thickness, this worked out perfectly as you can see.
