Did a quick painting to test come colors and concept.Done at Photoshop CS4

I love the way it looks just like a real painting. It looked nice and warm until I saw the "help" scrawled on the wall, it gives a greater sense of forboding, and it reminds me of Edgar Allen Poe's "The Black Cat". I also like the high contrast shadows suggesting evening time and how the cat is staring straight at us and the long shadow of it on the wall, it is a simple picture but makes me think, nice work

quem assustou o gato? não tem ngm na frente dele, já que a única sombra à frente da porta é a do proprio gato..

Man, that is an excellent use of texture; it looks just like a real dry brush. Did you achieve that effect only using brushes?
