download and unzip this file, then put the pak file into your game folder like "StreetFighterV\Content\Paks\~mods",
if you don't have a "~mods" folder, just simply create one.

If your mod doesn't work, try follow:

You can rename the mod file, like "aaa.pak"
If it doesn't work delete all the other mods, try again.
Still not working?! try to download any other mod of this character, and name it "zzz.pak", then put 2 mods together.
Still no?! I'm out~~
