When emotional (angry, upset/crying/sad, flustered, etc) his hair go floaty. like in the pic and like what happens to aizawa when he uses his quirk [this hair thing was confirmed by one of the mods that i could use this lmao]
He can use his scarf - which is made of carbon fibers and a special metal alloy - sort of as a lasso; a capturing weapon. This comes from many years of skill for him to be able to use this
