Well, your belt size is very close to Arcus's, it's wonderful even! If only I could get so close to him I'd be sooo happy... By the way, Arcus was used to wear belts since he was very young, so his figure developed to be like that almost naturally, he'd almost never take the belt off, only for dinner and then sleeping, but he'd always put it back in the morning. He'd drink some herbal tea during the day, eat vitamins and some light food, but not much, though he has good dinners...
I wonder... do you follow any special diet, maybe special exercises? Maybe you wouldn't mind sharing some tips... It's just breathtaking to see how far you can go and 15 inches sounds like I'm gonna faint when I see it! I'm so hoping to see more of your pictures, I really like your gallery! Maybe you could make one with some kind of cord, like mouse cord or any other device, and pull it tight, kind of makes your waist look sliced in two halves... somehow I think you could make a breathtaking picture of it! But it's just an idea... Also poking a stick deep into the belly, slightly above the belly button, it feels very nice, or poking fingers deep under the ribcage, there's a lot of nerve endings all over that area, most people don't even know about it...

I always loved the way tight belts looked, but been also recently trying to wear tighter belts myself and I gotta confirm it's not painful at all, at least for me, even though I'd always go as tight as I can, it feels very good to me. It feels fantastic to move your hips to some music while wearing the belt, sort of like a massage. I even put a hard belt after developing a lower back pain from long standing (2+ hours) and it's such a relief, just to wear it as tight as it would go for 5-10 minutes and the pain is totally gone! All that said, just wanted to express how good this picture makes me feel but I also really envy the waist size, I'd really love to be able to go that tight. Fantastic work that shows a lot of dedication!
