On a quite silent but beautyful february day, I waited for 2016-028 to show up with it's regional near Ederding, lowr Austria. My initial idea for this photospot was catching the train when passing the bend on the bottom right part of the picture, but later on I decided to do this shot instead. I somehow liked this great brownish tone on the landscape and thoose windmills in the back.More 2016s:

I imagine most would photograph either the green of summer or the snow of winter. I'm sometimes guilty of the same bias myself.

Jup, that's one of the 'save' branchlines. Hourly commuter trains and up to 10 freight trains a day! But we also got some struggling lines....

Gute Entscheidung mit dem Shot hier. Das andere wäre mehr ein klassisches typisches Bahnbild geworden, aber so ist das etwas wesentlich interessanteres als was man immer sieht!

Mit Oberleitung würds glaub ich nicht so gut kommen, die Strippe würde die komplette Front verhängen.
