I love how you draw/color the clouds!! they're so swirly and smooth, and they look ever so slightly 3-Dimentional! -^0^- *huggle* plus, the detail you put on the ship, like the lions and the trim.. that's just astounding! it must have taken you a long time to finish this! *3* although.. pardon my thick head.. how is this a cartoon, relating to the russian flag?

You made very good use of combining cool and warm colors together. It really contrasts quite nicely.
I love the shade of red that you used on the ship. The ship so beautifully detailed too.
Your clouds always remind me of freshly baked cinnamon rolls. They're so puffy and wonderfully textured
