According to stopwatch this took me around 41 hours, 31 frames, many failed attempts and a long art block, but it's done. Yay!Sometimes mistakes are the best teachers.
I made the limbs a little bit longer and thicker to make it look more athletic. Working line dachshunds have slightly longer legs and shorter backs, more functional for hunting small game and tracking deer and wild hogs.

TVPaint Animation 11 pro.
It's really expensive, but very versatile bitmap based program that can replicate charcoal pencil, watercolor and many other traditional tools.
Many veteran Disney artists prefer using it.

Back and the ears were the hardest. They are like mix of flappy wings and swaying rag.
Dachunds have so unique, yet complicated anatomy of all the dogs.
