Description WIP, sortof. I don't know if I'll ever actually finish this, so I figured it would be something of a waste not to post what I did do.

(Yes, this is my life; leaping from project to project, never to return. It's very sad.)

This is the upper half or so of a twassecc assassin, an alien from the fictional Star Warsesque universe my friend and I have created. The twasseccs are militant, aggressive, intelligent warmongers and are the dominant force in our galaxy. Though they are essentially the main characters and thus 'the good guys', we purposefully keep it pretty ambiguous as to which side of the war is really in the right.

Assassins are the oh-so-cleverly named pinnacle of twassecc infantry. Contrary to their names, they do relatively little assassinating, and are instead more akin to field commanders. They do, however, dabble in covert operations, infiltration, scouting, sniping, and just about anywhere their considerable training is valuable.

The contraption attached to his right arm is a daxite subunit blade, made of a long chain of brutally sharp blades that can be extended, retracted, and reshaped at will to produce anything from a four inch razor to a five foot broadsword to a blade-firing gun. I have a really cool mental picture for how the blade works which, really, I should someday attempt to create in 3d. Not likely, though.

Anyway, I am working on a new project set in our little universe so stay tuned for some half completed shots of that sometime in the future!

Very menacing, reminds me of (yes, Starwars) the IG-88 droid assassin. Very, very good.

Judging by all the droids in your gallery, the influence is quite obvious...

Hey, you're right. It rather does smack of IG.

Glad you like it, and thanks for the comment.

Man, you are so good at this stuff!

I too tend to leap from project to project. Don't think it's boredom with the old one, but more or less an excitement to go on to something new.

Anyway, this is lovely. What do these guys look like under their armor, or are they metallic based life forms perhaps? Gotta be a suit I'm thinking. The blue eye visor forms have a really unique look to them. The whole head looks cool. As does the body.

So, are you guys creating a video game, or is this all just for fun?

They are actually rather like the consensus on the kaleesh design, something like humanoid iguanas with protofeather manes. Our design for them predates ROTS by years, though, so it is merely a chance happening. (In fact, my own personal kaleesh design is rather strongly inspired by two of our alien designs)

If we had the resources to make a video game, we definitely would. As it stands, not a likely thing. We have, however, produced a mountain of concept art and many pages of writing (among them a 100,000 word novel)

But ultimately, yeah. Just for fun.
