A fanart of the protagonist from an upcoming Disney movie, The Princess and the Frog. This is based on a concept drawing I saw of her.I tried to draw Tiana in a Disney-like style, but I still added my own little touch.

To answer the question, Disney has reported that they WILL return to hand-drawn animation, and we can expect more films based on fairy-tales.. (According to the reoprt: "Even some that you've probably never HEARD OF before!")

I don't know too much, because not much has been released yet. Tiana's original name was Maddy, and it was originally called "The Frog Princess." Anyway, they might go back to traditional animation, but I'm not sure.
