This is how my depression has been making me feel as of late. It's been rough especially with the state of the world right now. Everything that's been happening makes my heart ache for everyone involved and that this is the world my child is growing up in. Thank you to my friends who have been around to help me through everything whether they know they are or not. If anyone is feel that way please try to speak up and remember you're not alone
