What is he?
An answer to both of those questions is that I have no idea : D
I just drew him. And fell in love.
In-progress name for both the character and the species is Pusivehveli. Which I twisted from a Finnish word vesipuhveli. Which means water buffalo. So the english equivalent for pusivehveli would be buter waffalo. Butter waffle. I thought it was so cute : D Although the species has nothing to do with butter nor waffles. Nor water nor buffalos. Blah blah blah stop talking.

And compared to the body size and the paw size of my canines, I'd say that this one has much more abnormal measures than they do.

What I meant that the size of my canine paws is normal for me. I may not see them as big as you do. So this one through my eyes has like huge huge enormous shovels.

Your canine paws are quite big sometimes because they're stylized, but not as big, as you drew them here.
