I apprenticed for a tattooist, but couldn't stand the shop drama. Those guys can be some prissy primadonnas!

Yeah, I suppose.
You can get that just about anywhere in the workplace though.. no matter what sort of job.
Maybe try a different tatt shop?

While it is true that all jobs have their petty bullshit, I've found that tat shops have more than most that I've dealt with. I'm friends with a lot of tat artists and know that my creativity would suffer with day after day of clients wanting Tasmanian Devils and gangsta lettering...
