Description
Founded by Cesare and Lucrezia Borgia in 1507. The arms it's consists off are clockwise from top to bottom:Kingdom of Naples
Kingdom of Savoy
Duchy of Milan
Grand Duchy of Venice
Kingdom of Sardinia
Duchy of Genoa
Duchy of Lucca
Bishopric of Trent
Papal State
Archduchy of Florence
Center: Borgia Arms
Supporters are the Red Bull of House Borgia and the shewolf that gave birth to Romolus and Remus. The motto is SPQR (Senatus Popolusque Romanum).

may I ask why a double-cronwed Tiara instead of the usual triple-crowned?

Well, since in this "timeline" the office of Emperor and Pope were combined into one office by Cesare Borgia, I thought this combined crown would kind of fit

there was a period while the Papal Tiara had only two crowns instead of three
and there was a rumor that Suleiman the magnificent wanted a four-crowned Tiara only to mock the Pope...
