(Update: So I was planning on changing the look of the head and the arms of Voltage to make it look more like electricity, but then sends me a note and says that he drew a sketch of Voltage. I looked at it and I loved it, my favorite part about it was that the head and arms looked more like electricity. So I used his design of Voltage as reference for the new changes and this was the result, so big thanks to him.)

That's right Voltage is back in a whole new way. This has been something that I have been wanting to do for a while, but now I did it and he's not the only one getting a makeover. So lets break down what's all new about Voltage.

The New Look:
With Voltage old design he is supposed to take the form of Zaker, but the design didn't look like an organic being, it looked like a guy in a costume which is not what Zaker looks like. So I redesigned how Zaker looks like and now he's an entire being made of lightning. When Tim takes his form his body becomes lightning, but not his clothing. That's also something that I wanted to make clear when someone has the spirit of a Voltstriker, the host body itself transforms, but their clothing is unaffected.

The Costume:
His new costume that he wears is an actual psychical costume that he wears to fight crime unlike his last design . In the story of Voltage his costume is designed and created by his friend Arshell Dixion .

Bio: Tim Solomon was an ordinary teenager like you and me, but all that change when he took a trip to Drake Industries (a multi-billion dollar corporation founded by Ethan Drake) While there he and his classmates had the opportunity to be the first people in the public eye to witness the test of the companies newest project, a portal used for interstellar travel. Ethan Drake is trying to prove that interstellar space travel is possible because when his scientist discovered a wormhole and he wants embark on a voyage through it. But to prove that it will truly be a success, he sent a satellite in space through the wormhole and the satellite is connected to the portal door, so when the satellite activates it will open a doorway from its location through the portal. One of NASA's bravest astronauts had volunteered to go through. The astronaut is strapped to a harness and is ready to go, a scientist activates the satellite, an alarm sounded and the portal opened.

A change in pressure rushes air out through the portal and the astronaut goes through. After a few seconds, the pressure stabilized and through the portal, a view of another planet could be seen. The astronaut and everyone else watching was in awe at the new planet, and for no apparent reason, the planet exploded. As the planet's pieces were flung into space, colored lights rushed to escape the destruction and headed towards the portal. The lights made their way through the portal and scattered across the facility. The chaperone told the students to head back to the bus. All of a sudden Tim was caught in the flash of lights and passed out. Tim later learned that he has absorbed the spirit of Zaker, a Hyperian from the now dead planet, Hyperia. Hyperians are beings that can control the eight different elemental powers; Lightning, Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Nature, Ice, and Darkness. Zaker controlled lightning and now, so does Tim Solomon. From there on Tim vowed to use his powers for good and stop any evil doing by anyone that has an Hyperian spirit and uses their new found powers for evil under the name Voltage.

Powers:
With the redefined design I also decided to redefined his powers to. He'll still have some of his old powers, but he will have new ones as well.

Enhanced Strength.
Electrical Telekinesis: Use electricity to move objects.
Electrokinetic Flight:Can glide and/or levitate through manipulation of electricity. Voltage can levitate or propel himself without taking flight, including enhanced jumping by a short burst of flight.
Shocking: Voltage can release extreme electrical current to destroy almost anything, causing extreme amounts of heat and paralysis in living beings.
Electrical Force Field: Voltage can create force fields of highly concentrated electrical energy or force-fields composed of electromagnetic energy for protection, travel, and/or offensive use.
Shock Grenades: Voltage can focus his energy into a single mass and throw it at his targets, creating an explosion after a few seconds.
Electrocution Grenade: The Electrocution Grenade is an unstable grenade that paralyze nearby targets for a short time.
Electric Restraints: Voltage can create bonds of electricity, sticking enemies wrists and ankles to the ground.
Electro Rocket: When Voltage focus even more energy into a single mass, he can fire it in one giant electrical blast.
Recharge: Power up any electronics by recharging their battery.
Electric Pull: Use electricity to pull himself toward something or to pull things toward them.
Bolts:Shoots streams of electric balls at a double rate of fire (like gunfire).
Electrical Constructs: He can turn electricity into tools, objects, weapons and other items. Some includes:
-Electric whips
-Electric sword

-Electric double handed blades

-Electric net

So there you go that's the all-new voltage, there are plenty of other heroes in the Voltage universe that I plan to re-due and there are new characters that I plan on creating for the Voltage universe.
