Description The Darwin D. Martin House here in Buffalo, NY (www.martinhouse.org). Designed by the great Frank Lloyd Wright.

Taken for the 'Morgan Challenge' hosted by Kenn Morgan of Locust Street Art (locuststreetart.org). This specific challenge was for a nighttime shot of the above mentioned building. I had ventured to the building a month or so prior during the day to see what I could come up with for the challenge. When I went back the entire lawn had been dug up and a perimeter fence constructed, thus negating any shots I had planned. Kenn did not specify whether artificial lighting could be used. The house in the next lot had a faulty security light that would turn on for ~20 seconds every few minutes, which I took advantage of for this shot. This image won me the challenge and a cool $100!

I made a darkroom in my basement over the summer.
