I made this propaganda I mean extra pictures for my little experiment ship AMV project - I dont have to worry about the art quality really when a video is moving .02 a frame so this is good enough for that - try not to look at it to close!

Why the Anime helped create this theory

The anime has Sparky become a hairdresser, no more lighthouse. It probably doesn't exist anymore. WHY WHY would Sparky with all his powers be a hair dresser just lightly causing static to hair. He could power CITIES. I had to justify this somehow. I choose to believe he enjoys hairdressing because Clip does.
AND lets not forget Clip can FLY in the anime. How why when WHAT. Well I reason it, she mastered static electricity from Sparky and can now levitate. They both learned from one another sweet right?

Why Sparky x Clip?
Both are early to be captured and rehabilitated experiments during Lilo and Stitch's hunt. Sometimes even called at the same time to help out in some episodes.
