im really stressed even though i finished doing what i thought was the most stressful days this week?? maybe its residualbrain keeps drifting back to the past and overextending myself,, i guess common theme = stress
kinda just stuck on feeling like something i wish i had said in a conversation a while back was "I am a human being."
im a human being and i matter
fortunately i do have rly good ppl in my life rn who treat me that way!!! i was expecting this week to be way worse emotionally but as it turns out, having supportive friends & family & boyfriend makes it easier
