A few days ago I packed moving boxes, cleaned the kitchen, tried to call my landlord, cooked dinner, all at once of course. I guess when my bf came demanding a hug I had the same facial expression as your Medic, so: very good and realistic picture, as far as anything related to TF2 can be called realistic xD
