Description I built this for a group bellydance scarf routine. I already owned the base tiered dance skirt ($10 consignment purchase!) and built the additional pieces to coordinate.

Fringed handkerchief skirt.
Deconstructed a regular fashion bra and covered with velvet, added new backband, halter strap and various trims.
Silk Turkish Vest.
The belt is a combination of brocade fabric and jacquard ribbon. I combined a couple different types of coins but still need to add more as I find/budget them.

this is stunning but looks really easy to wear and dance in great colours

Sorry I missed your comment. Β Thank you! Β I was very pleased with how it turned out especially since I was doing it on a pretty tight budget (I think $25 total?). Β It's amazing what can be done with scraps sometimes.

I am so very jealous of your skills. I'm quite sure I don't even have the imagination to plan something like this!

How much would you charge for a similar custom top?

Are you interested in the bra, the vest or both?

Both would be great!
