This is a great pic. Love many things about it.
-the ash effects are a great detail that really gives the scene the right context
-great rendition of her new outfit
-appropriately shows Olga calmly dealing with an emergency situation. Facial expression and body language makes it clear she's confident and being reassuring
-angle is good at a showing her arm muscularity
-I even like the pun work in the title of the piece!

I was quite proud of the title - one of those bright flashes of inspiration. The only thing with the lighting and the angle is it doesnt show off the outfit too well.

True, you can't see the full uniform. But it is a good angle choice.
Technically, Olga could grow larger and pluck the guy out of the fire escape from above. But given that Olga is also an empath, I suspect she's keeping her height lower than the fire escape to be less intimidating to the guy being rescued. She's probably calculated how much time he has to get off that escape, and figures it would be better for minimizing his emotional trauma and chances of freaking out if he leaps down into her hands of his own action.
