Wow, that's a ton of fog. I like how it simplifies the photo. The simplicity and the cool tones work together to give the photo a nice peaceful feeling. The leading line, though subtle, does a great job in guiding my eyes from the bottom right of the photo, up toward the left-center where the trees meet the buildings, and to the right of the photo. It's not distracting and my eyes don't go all over the photo in some crazy pattern.
This is just a personal preference, but I think that it would look better with the buildings set at the upper third of the photo instead of in the center. The clouds at the top are beautiful, but I believe they aren't necessary for the photograph.

This looks like the sci-fi scenery!
The fog looks very well and the perspective that catches the sun is so good making it look like a real picture from some city in the future. *_*
Personally me would take another angle not taking the trees in the shot for the real future city atmosphere, and maybe a tad more to the sun side.
But overall it looks so great! I love that!

I love the fog and the colors! The trees in the front add a nice foreground. It looks very slightly crooked, just a couple degrees. It also looks like there's a bit of camera shake, a tripod (if you didn't use one) or setting the self-timer so you don't move the camera when you press the shutter, would help prevent this. Also (with a tripod), if you tried a narrower aperture (maybe around f/16), slower shutter speed, and the lowest possible ISO, you might have better focus over the whole picture and less noise. Overall, it's a very nice land/cityscape!
