His mane is brownish like Kovu because of the lighting I wanted to give it along with a slightly more realistic lion look. But now that I look at it that also fits Kovu. But I will say it was meant to be Scar as I was working on it.

I feel that it is too. I got the idea from looking back at old pictures of my dogs. There is a picture of Shenuk like this and I always liked it. I just had to recreate it with Scar.
