After growing up reading Archie comic books, I recently found myself with the opportunity to actually do some work for the publisher -- definitely a dream come true for me.

This page is from the Archie Loves Betty half of Life With Archie magazine, in which readers get a glimpse into two possible futures for everyone's favorite red-haired teenager: one that sees him newly married to Betty, and one that follows his life after tying the knot with Veronica.

In this story, Archie and Betty are beginning their careers as teachers at Riverdale High, although Mr. Weatherbee isn't so sure Archie's mature enough for the job. Also, Moose, the school's new custodian, is preparing a surprise for Betty.

(The boiler in the school is on the fritz, which is why everyone is sweating profusely...)
