This is a very belated birthday piccy for *Keysha-chan . Sorry it's late Kylie, I was going through a major drawing block around your birthday, and nothing with coming out how I wanted.
But better late then never, huh? 
And, surprise surprise, another merman Demyx picture.
Honestly, I wanted to do the fin , I always have a load of fun doing the scales. ^^Anyways, I hope you like Kylie, and that it's not too crappy.
