Angle, expression and light is superb.
The crop is only just touching her hair and her knuckles so I'd consider (if the original shot has the room) to leave her right hand knuckles with a bit of space.
Could possible do that with her hair too. I don't think the crop detracts from the picture at all.
The colour of the bath water makes a lovely background contrast.
Is that a tattoo or a necklace around her neck?
Depth of field is perfect and I can see you and the softbox in the reflection in her eye so we know the focus is spot on.
I like that you didn't try to light her chest with any extra fill. The focus of this shot is her fabulous expression and her eyes so I like that her chest is browner and darker than her face.
I would consider cloning out the black label on her shirt. It is another spot of dark so it draws attention away from her face a little.
Just a small thing but all white except for her eyes would tend to make them the only point of focus rather than one of two dark spots.
Terrific portrait. Nothing anyone could complain about in this shot at all.

This is an un-cropped photo, otherwise i would have left more space around the edges.
That would be a necklace around her neck.
I actually did clone out the Tag at one point, but put it back in at the end.
Thinking back I can't remember the reasoning of putting it back in. (I might just take the tag out again and reevaluate. I see your point about it drawing attention away from the face.)
