I have to admit, I was extremely surprised to see Raiden of all people show up in KOF XII, and then further accompanied by Hwa Jai of all people in KoF XIII.
And I never got to see Mary or Vanessa in glorious HD sprites... le sad.
I never could use Vanessa very well, though. Boxer types were never my preferred style.

That's true! I would really like to see old characters being brought back, but its cool to see new characters from snk too! I especially like Duo Long and his wonky style of fighting. not so much of a fan of the new kof14 characters tho..

I was actually kinda surprised that Alice was brought in. I guess that means she IS a canon character now. I always kinda passed her off as a throwaway.
