The late 90's not a great time for animation, but these guys where alright. the charter design was my favorite part. As I remember.had fun with this one, came out alright.
time 50 mins or so.
lessons learned: good planning and a bit o practice helps.
good stuff: better tones and line work slowed down on this and it helped. tones are getting there.
