Happy Valentines Day!! I made two of these cakes for a valentines day projects in my Pastry Class. My Chef though I nuts lol! One of the Cookies saw it and loved it!!!!!! It sold the first day! It's an orange cake with chocolate French Buttercream and covered in fondant. In True Trek style the second cake was put for auction to help a local Charity! !!!....and remember to LOVE LONG AND PROSPER!
PS. I got 89 on this project!!!
