Happy Children's day~~

Noddles today, and I'd like to introduce to you my beloved "Yozukosho-"~(made of chili pepers, yuzu peel and salt)
I first tasted this paste when going to Wakayama attending a school field working program.
We lived at at the Wakayama Forest Research Institute for a week, and going into the mountains to study about the forest there. and everyday the staffs made us three meals with local ingredients, one of them was "Yozukosho-"
The food were all delicious, especially when you are surrounded by the beautiful forest and after a day's walk and the chili taste of "Yozukosho-" made everything more tasty
I quite miss those days at Wakayama, and the "Yozukosho-"becomes a reminder of my good memories there~!

I think, some times we love a food not only because its taste, but also because the good memory we had with them ^_^
