I love this sketch.
My take on what's going on:-
1) Either they have been disciplined by Master Splinter,
2) or maybe they are getting ready to race a 100m dash (Raph angered because Leo's gonna whop his ass),
3) or they got beat down after trying to take on the Shredder
One of these has gotta be right! :-P
