She's Hal, a super-lucky albino girl... but i'll let her explanation talk for me

Hal's an albino - long, white hair, red eyes, the whole gig. She lives in Mexico. Which is actually pretty dumb considering the sun and all but she's not particularly welcome in the US for a whole bunch of reasons, including a couple of capital offences and being the head of a crime syndicate she inherited from her adoptive father -cough- She's such a good girl, yes. She's around 25 and fairly down to earth. She adores money. Pretty clothes, shiny jewellery, getting to dress up. She's also supernaturally lucky, to a point where she's been banned from every casino in Mexico City.
