Rai is that one obnoxious guy. He minds his own business unless the topic is about girls,then he is more curious than George. Even though Rai might seem uncaring about anything, the most precious gift to him is his little brother Vito. Vito is the first person to take care of before himself no matter what the situation is. But for most of his day, he is a player.
