Sweet Candy looked up from his soft bed, a little bundle rising up and down, the tired looking stallion curled around it protectively. And though he looked as if he were about to pass out, nothing could wipe the smile that stretched across his lips away.

The taller, bulkier stallion stepped forward slowly, hesitantly, looking from his husband to the little bundle and back. Was he imagining things? But Sweetie just looking softly at him, smiling, before his magic gently lifted the blanket from the bundle, revealing a tiny little newborn foal, eyes closed and breathing quiet. Wild Hoofbeats' step faltered as he continued forward, eyes watering as he looked down at the tiny babe.

"Is... Is it...?" His voice was a mere whisper, smile unable to be kept from tugging at his lips.

"Yes," Sweetie murmured, looking away from his newborn to his husband. "She's ours. There is a reason I told you to hurry home."

Now Wild refused to keep the smile away, watering eyes now spilling tears of joy. He looked up to see his beautiful husband, mussed hair sticking to sweaty skin, bags under tired blue eyes, and coat dulled with moisture. But Wild was sure he had never seen Sweetie look more beautiful in his life.

Welp, this is Sweet Candy welcoming his husband home as a long trip away from home, with a wide grin and a healthy new filly!

Since Sweetie is a demon pony, and the 'princess' of his tribe, magic was used on him at a young age to allow him to have a foal once his mate was chosen. Seeing as how he married outside his tribe, that idea was kinda thrown out.

So, now Sweetie and Wild have a half-werewolf and half-demon filly! What a joy she'll be to raise!
