It's based on Fairly Odd Parents (which I don't actually watch!)
I did a ton of research before drawing this XD
Poof is basically the child of the two main fairies (Cosmo and Wanda) but then there are evil fairies, Anti-Cosmo and Anti-Wanda, and they had a child, essentially an anti-Poof which they names Foop and now Foop wants to be the only baby fairy in the world so is intent on destroying Poof (Poof and Foop are the only baby fairies in the whole world or something) hehe

its about the time i stopped watching the show
he trew the show out of balence
but you are onto somthing if there is Poof then there must be an anti-poof. Foop...
