it's jigglypuff! my most favorite among those pokemons!! love her voice!
I sketched her once on my notebook while waiting for my brother to finish their last subject's session at the kiosk... she's not that perfectly circle right?? I did not do some recover for it to perfect cause I'm using a pen...I cannot erase the wrong ones anymore, I will just ruin it...
