Ha, ha, ha, ha, brilliant. This is why LOVE is so important. We know not the consequences of our actions when some use religion to rule, to divide and to conquer. When at the core, the message of love and forgiveness through sacrifice of ones own comfort in all humility, is the way to unite in harmony rather than separatist ideology. Strange, we are all cut from the same cloth, literally, and yet, we seek, even in our own homes, to have abundant pride over our very own brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers. We are called to Love, not to hate, to forgive, not to try get revenge, and then, we, who think ourselves so advanced, judge other cultures, religions, even our own family members.
How can there ever be peace in the world, when we cannot even create peace in our own homes? So what if he worships the moon, or she worships the stars? So long as peace and love is at the core with a huge dose of unconditional forgiveness, then i say let us just get along.
Yes, I am a Christian, yes, I do believe Christ died for my sins, Yes, I have seen the sick healed, daemons pulled from a mans body, drug addicts and criminals minds healed through the power of prayer. But, no, war and killing, even the speaking of words to hurt one another, this cannot be tolerated under Faith. Will I have a good old debate with a Muslim friend, yes, most assuredly, I will. But I will not kill him for believing something different. This is how we learn and while I can see the humor of your art I also see how brilliant it is, especially in this day and age with all the extremism and death, heck, even atheists will start suicide bombing one of these days.

speaking as one that doesn't play much games or watch any tv, this reminds me of some families, in which each parent follows either a different faith or a different political stance. they spend so much time arguing they technically forget the child is there, leaving the kid to grow up just thinking everything should be argued about.

I know the lore, but weaver is one of the ones that does it and he got evicted from that job by his fellow weavers, as I recall.

Technically, he was part of a multiverse made by an even bigger creator, i.e. the Loom. His part of the tapestry got snipped off, so essentially he's lording over an isolated reality, which would have been lonely for the other weavers, but Skitskurr loves the situation he's in because it means he can do whatever he wants.

I don't know the game that inspired this, but it is an amazing piece of art! It tells a story in only one "panel". I can easily get an impression of the gods the parents worship and what kind of argument they are having. Poor little bird baby - how will it decide??

I love this. It's beautiful and funny, but it also contains a message about irony.
The parents tell the child to choose a religion, but all they really teach him is to fight and argue, and they don't seem to respect his opinion at all, since they are actually trying to choose for him instead of letting him choose. That's the way parents are in the real world as well, and I believe you've really captured that reality in this cartoon.
