That shure is a new direction for you. It would be so wierd if Tinybr and Giant dan would be best friends.
It says that you want Critique on this Artwork, so what I would say is missing, it lighting from the sky on to Giant Dan. He has the right colour tone, but he is lit up with a blitz from the side, and on the rest of the photo, the lighting is clearly coming from the top. "like on the cars"
Try to use the dodge and burn tool in photoshop or similar to add both shadow and lighting to him. There is no sun, so none of the other people on the street cast any shaddow, and the lighting comes direct from above on this photo, so Dan will drop his shaddow on the ground rather than casting it to the left.
It is a good thing that you gave it some blur in the edges to make it blend in better with the BG, and it is quite funny how people seem not to notise Giant Dan.
