...She aims to crush you under her heel, her shoe crashing down, annihilating you under her the heel, you stay alive long enough to feel after she steps on you she grinds her heel on you to ensure you're dead, your blood spilling out from under her shoe she keeps grinding you like a burnt out cigarette until she is sure you are dead. You succumb to your injuries as she begins to slow the grinding down, just leaving most of her weight on you.
Finally, when she is sure you are dead under her shoe she slowly lifts her foot, intestines and organs stick to the bottom of her shoe as he checks what you were, but she doesn't care, wiping your remains off her shoe against the floor and then cleaning up the mess she continues on with her job, small traces of you left beneath her shoe.
