Man(t)kind saw itself at the top of the world's hierarchy. How couldn't they be?
Every animal bowed to their might.
They reshaped the world to suit their needs.
They defied physical laws and conquered land, sea and sky alike.
Their monuments stood the test of time and they rose higher and higher into the sky.
Truly, nothing could rival their reign.

But of course, this mindset was flawed by their perception of time.

Something else was above them all.
Someone else.
When his gargantuan toes appeared on the horizon, accompanied by world shaking earthquakes and cataclysms, they quickly realized their folly.
With each step, cities, forests, lakes, hills and mountains were compressed underneath his immense soles, pulverized and oozing out from between his mighty toes like wet sand.
Out of sight of the titan's gaze, he levelled their world without care or mercy. His mighty feet reduced the mightiest structures and inventions within seconds, replacing them with deep, steaming foot prints.
He just kept walking, and stomping...

After a while, their world was covered in soft dirt and rubble. The few survivors rose... and carried on. Years passed. Ages came and went by. And soon...
