How many ways existTo describe this one feeling?
How many people have tried?
I have oft caught myself
Thinking on it.
Analyzing it.
Trying to pin it down
So that I can attempt
To simplify it,
Even though it's already
In it's simplest form.
Yet, somehow, it still
Leaves me unsure and hesitant
To call it by this name.
People still tell me,
"You're too young to understand."
Am I really though?
I may not know
What "true" love is,
I honestly can't say.
But this feeling
Sure does seem
A lot like love to me.
