Description Something I've worked on for a few days now! But finally bucked up and lined in the darn thing. Drawing on bumpy roads is hard. @_@

‐-----------------------

Striped Slothspider
- It grows by subsisting on tree sap until adulthood. Then, it falls limply onto the back of a much larger animal, before latching on to periodically drink its blood.

- However, this is never painful or lethal, and in exchange, it injects its saliva which helps to vastly strengthen its host's immune system. The Slothspider is otherwise completely passive.

‐-----------------------

McAuliffe's Jactospider
- Its pedipalps have developed into powerful clubs, which they use to smash armored prey, similar to a mantis shrimp. It can easily beat a person to death--but only in self defense, as they do not hunt people.

- It is entirely ground-dwelling, as it's too heavy to climb trees. Its feet are padded to muffle its footsteps.

‐-----------------------

Lesser Webbird
- A relative of the jumping spider which glides like a kite using a net of hairy filaments and silk. They can jump very high and gain altitude via forming silken "parachutes" to catch the wind.

- Webbirds are highly ornate, low maintenance, and have been long prized as pets. The Lesser Webbird is especially popular, due to the variety of breeds they come in.
