It had been the first gathering of winter’s night and RavenStar could not have been more annoyed. The weather was next to freezing, the fact that this was taking place during midnight made it no better. He cursed to himself silently as the other three leaders talked among themselves. RavenStar would catch them glancing at him from time to time as they whispered quietly before the actual meeting began. The three seemed friendly with each other, as if they were all friends from kit hood. He sneered, finding it absolutely ridiculous. Leaders don’t need friends, there’s no time for such foolish things. ‘This meeting is taking far too long..” He though to himself, looking at the crowd of gathering cats. About to start the meeting himself, a new figure caught his eye. “Mm?” He mumbled, staring intently down at the young cat who seemed to be chatting with other cats. It had been a tom, with soft features, and an alluring atmosphere that coated him. Was he new? RavenStar had never seen him before, like he’s appeared out of thin air. After a few moments of staring, the tom stopped talking with the other cat and smirked. He had smirked, feeling eyes study his own features. Looking up only to lock eyes with RavenStar’s. Their gazes seemed to share the same kind of feelings of intense curiosity, lust, and longing. The younger tom’s bi colored eyes only had admiration, something RavenStar never really had seen, usually when others looked at him, their expressions were a mixture of fear and hate. But not this cat, this cat looked at the oldest leader with a passionate smile, and within those few moments, RavenStar grinned, his mind confirming that he needed this new cat as his own.
