Description Here we find Princess Ameritia, idling away a summer afternoon.

No story to go with this one I'm afraid, as it was largely a scene born of playing with some new assets. I picked up on sale a few UltraScenery features (along with the Accelerator), and a few days ago I grabbed dForce magnets which I was eager to try out. They are both easier and more challenging to use than expected. I'm pleased with the result but I think more realistic draping would need more magnets shifted in several layers and groupings. The floating effect on the cloth was achieved through a static surface block moved slowly upwards in the timeline to catch the drape and settle it a cm or so below the water's surface.

If I could make any improvements to this it would be to add a ripple to the surface of the lake. I have played with that before, using a dForce modifier on the surface, but it was too much fiddling for this simple test render. My GIMP skills are not up to the challenge.

This is another render with Meri 8.1.

Minor edit: My daughter put together a ripple overlay for me using a stock image, so Meri's foot now looks a bit more realistic.
