The film was filmed after Israel was founded, but it's set in 1938, and Israel wasn't founded then! Or, for example, if the sound of music was being filmed now, it's like one of the vantrap kids playing on a nintendo DS when the nintendo DS didn't exist in 1938!! So it shouldn't have been in the film... you see?
