Our topic in drawing class was perspective, and I chose bird's eye view. Now what to draw I thought to myself...? I know! I'll draw something TITANIC related!

So this is an illustration of what happened to TITANIC when it set sailed from Southampton, England.

What happened was, when the ship was being pulled by little tugboats out of the harbor, two smaller ships were tied up to the docks, and when TITANIC sailed past these ships, because TITANIC was such a giant ship, the rope holding the SS New York, suddenly snapped and started to drift right into TITANIC. But with quick action, Captain Smith ordered the engines reverse and the little tugboats guided the New York away from TITANIC's path.

I used colored pencils for this piece! ^^
